To start a return, you must contact us at skincare@nourished.bynature. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, with  instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will receive a refund for the amount you paid for the product. Please remember that the cost of shipping will not be refunded as we would have already paid this to the courier to get the products to you . It will be your responsibility to pay for the return shipping. The cost of return shipping is £4 for UK, $7 for US and $15 for anywhere else. This will be taken from the product refund.  

To reiterate the refund you will get back will be total money paid, with a deduction of  shipping cost, and return shipping cost.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards or store credits.

Exchanges

The most efficient way to do this would be to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, order your desired new item.

Refunds

We make you aware once we’ve received and assessed your return, you will be notified if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be  refunded right away to your original payment method. Please take into account that  it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
